Rick's presentations can be tailor made to suit your program needs. He can develop his programs to contain up to 80% humor, designed to entertain and not embarrass, or they can be more serious... whatever your organization needs to make your program powerful and professional.

He has done:
Training Seminars — Retreats — Workshops — Commencements
Banquets — School Functions — Master of Ceremonies — Conferences

Rick sums it all up best by saying ...
"I can't promise you that you'll be any smarter or get any richer after you hear me ... but you'll sure feel better about yourself!"

Youth Programs

"BOOGIE"
(Be Outstanding Or Get Involved Elsewhere)
Geared toward youth. This high-energy presentation is a "How to..." program. It helps youth to understand and deal with peer pressure, how to build and maintain self-esteem, how to set and achieve goals and how to stay positive around negative people. Utilizing humor and audience participation, Rick gets everyone involved. This is a great program for school assemblies and leadership conferences. This program for high school assemblies targets peer pressure and making choices (including drugs and alcohol and tobacco), self belief, goal setting, motivation, and the importance of leadership. All my programs are sprinkled with good clean humor to enhance acceptance by the audience. I wow my audiences with many true life stories so the audience can relate to what is being said and how it relates to life. I take the young people on a roller coaster ride from laughter to serious silent thinking to keeping them involved with audience participation about eight times in my hour program.

"Me A Leader? What's Next?"
(student leader workshop)
A three hour workshop for student leaders. This workshop consist of 80% hands on learning about communication, conflict resolution, team building, and the understanding of how personality and attitude effects their daily lives. This workshop targets team work, effective leadership skills, communication, conflict resolution and a personality self evaluation. It is a workshop for student leaders or students whom teachers feel would benefit from discovering more about themselves and using the abilities and talents they poses to be better leaders. This workshop is 80% hands on learning. (This workshop can go from 60 minutes to three hours depending on the time you can invest in your student leaders). This is a workshop that allows teens to learn about themselves by learning about personality and attitude and how they change what happens to them daily. We also look at the importance of communication skills and we explore how bad we are at communication and how we can improve. Then we put all these skills together as we learn how to become TEAM players and use our leadership skills to become the person we are capable of being. This workshop covers the area's that most teen leaders need more assistance in. I will cover effective communication skills, goal setting and a better understanding of what causes leaders to have a difficult time working with others. This workshop is 80% hands on learning -participants actually doing 80% the work and 100% the learning. Participation by the students is not an option!

"Gold Medals Don't Make Champions"
(keynote / commencement)
This program for High School students helps them understand the importance of respect, using the abilities that you have to be better than you imagined, making choices and the rewards as well as the consequences of those choices that you make. Its learning that a gold medal doesn't make you a champion or being first is what makes you a success. It's about being the best you can be while achieving the best you can get. I also use audience participation in this presentation. This presentation for high school students focuses on topics that our teens deal with everyday.
  • Peer pressure issues facing teens today as well as how to make the smart choices that will help them live life to the fullest.
  • Self belief and self esteem that many teens are lacking.
  • Goal setting - many teens have no goals - because they are not prepared to face the future.
  • Motivation - the importance of understanding that you are responsible for getting from point A to point B and it takes motivation to get there.
  • Finding a target and going after it.
